Agapitus has been 26 years working and maturing in Oil & Gas and Geothermal industry especially in Drilling Completion, Subsurface Engineering, Procurement, Environmental Remediation, Government of Indonesia liaison and Environmental Permitting.
His leadership roles span project management, operations, and safety across deep water, land, and geothermal drilling with Chevron in Indonesia. Following the Rokan block transition in 2021, he joined PT Pertamina Hulu Energy (PHR) as Manager of OE/HES Permitting & Advocacy until December 2022.

With 20 years of experience, Fernando holds a Geology Engineering degree from ITB and a Master’s in Petroleum Engineering from Universitas Trisakti. He started as a Field Geologist and Mudlogger before working at SLB as a Directional Driller and Drilling Engineer. He later became a Senior Technical Advisor at Halliburton for the Asia Pacific region.

With 25+ years in the geothermal and energy sectors, he specializes in reservoir management and had experience in major oil and gas companies (BP, CHEVRON, STAR ENERGY, KS ORKA). Riza holds a Master’s in Chemical Engineering from The University of Tulsa and a Bachelor's in Gas and Petrochemical Engineering from the Universitas Indonesia.

Subur has worked with Chevron, Supreme Energy, and Ormat, and teaches geothermal drilling and well control as a certified IADC/IWCF instructor. Holds a Cum Laude Chemical Engineering degree from Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB).
Tommy Souvanir

Tommy Souvanir is a Senior Drilling Engineer at Ormat Geothermal Indonesia. With over 15 years of industry experience, he leads the global drilling team, directing the Toka Tindung and Wapsalit explorations. Previously, he contributed to Star Energy Geothermal's Salak and Darajat campaigns and led the Wayang Windu Workover Program. At Chevron Indonesia, he served as Well Site and Drill Site Manager on projects like Suoh Sekincau and Sebatik.
