JDS Scholarship
Jakarta Drilling Society's curriculum enables participants to learn about drilling from both technical and non-technical aspect. With industry experts teaching the class, participants will be able to learn directly from real-life experience and be relevant in the industry.
Batch I - 2019
In 2019, JDS launched our first scholarship batch with 45 awardees out of 60 applicants. The program covered drilling education, from the geological aspects, engineering, and the project management. The classes were held offline at Medco Ampera.

Batch II - 2020
With great response to our second batch, we received 800 applications and accepted 90 awardees. In the span of 9 months (Feb 29th 2020 - Nov 28th 2020), we completed 28 courses, mainly held through online meetings due to pandemic situation.

Batch III - 2021
2021 marked the third batch for JDS Scholarship program. In this year, we welcomed 94 awardees from diverse backgrounds out of 1022 applicants to participate in drilling courses.

Batch IV - 2022
With an overwhelming response to our fourth batch, we received more than 900 applications and welcomed 80 awardees. The class started from October 2022 and ended on June 2023.
